Lyrics:
I saw the light fade from the sky
On the wind I heard a sigh
As the snowflakes cover my fallen brothers
I will say this last goodbye

Night is now falling
So ends this day
The road is now calling
And I must away
Over hill and under trees
Through lands where never light has shone
By silver streams that run down to the Sea

Under clouds, beneath the stars
Over snow one winter’s morn
I turned at last to paths that lead home
And though where the road then takes me
I cannot tell
We came all this way
But now comes the day
To bid you farewell
Many places I have been
Many sorrows I have seen
But I don’t regret
Nor will I forget
All who took that road with me

Night is now falling
So ends this day
The road is now calling
And I must away
Over hill and under tree
Through lands where never light has shined
By silver streams that run down to the Sea

To these memories I will hold
With your blessing I will go
To turn at last to paths that lead home
And though where the road then takes me
I cannot tell
We came all this way
But now comes the day
To bid you farewell

I bid you all a very fond farewell.

  1. When you saw MCU you became a fan of the movie, however, when you read Tolkien's novels and watch LOTR and The Hobbit, you'll become the big family of Middle Earth. When I hear this song, I knew there will be no other Tolkien movie. Keep it as a story and legacy in papers and we will tell our children if you are the one and only J.R.R TOLKIEN.

  2. In the middle of the end of the world. We're gonna say our last goodbye to earth and away from our sins that Lord will forgive many of us and save us from our sins. He wants to forgive us and honor and worship Him so we may live with joy and it will be everlasting cause heaven is so beautiful. But in hell the evil will suffer forever and ever. I may don't want many y'all to go hell as if God doesn't want too. So confess your sins to Him and tell Him to forgive you. All will bow, tongue will confess.

  3. Somethimes when i daydream i just want middle earth to exist i just want to live in a world like this but i know i never will if they dont invent something like a VR room where u can freely walk thru and feel real pain

  4. This journey ends just like ours lives, beautiful but painfull..

  5. Always coming back to this song and thinking about the day I met Billy Boyd two years ago at Comic Con. Will never forget this. He's such a nice guy.

    So beautiful song!!

  12. these movies have greatly impacted me watching them growing up because my father god rest his soul loved the hobbit and the lotr and me and him would watch and experience lotr together and it teaches you a lot to never give up on a dream and that good triumphs over evil and even in the darkest times as Aragorn quoted, "there is always hope," listening to this was like saying goodbye to my father march 27th 2015. sad to say he never lived long enough to finish the last of the hobbit movies.

  13. I love that song so much since it pays tribute to all 6 films that Peter Jackson had made

  14. This songs gives me goosebumps every god damn time I listen to it ! Wow such a magical series, best franchise ever created!!
